PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Position Summary

This role is for a clinician who wants more than productivity targets and a packed schedule.

Position Summary

The Clinical Director is both a clinician and a leader.

This role is responsible for shaping clinical excellence, supporting team growth, and ensuring the clinic operates with clarity, consistency, and purpose.

You’ll lead by example—clinically, culturally, and operationally—helping create an environment where patients receive exceptional care and clinicians continue to grow.

Clinical Leadership

  • Mentor and support PTs and clinical staff
  • Elevate clinical reasoning, quality of care, and patient outcomes
  • Lead by example in communication, professionalism, and patient care

Operations & Culture

  • Support clinic flow, scheduling, and operational performance
  • Monitor key clinic metrics and support growth goals
  • Help build a strong, connected, accountable team culture
  • Partner with leadership on systems and process improvement

Patient Care

  • Maintain a clinical caseload
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized orthopedic care
  • Ensure continuity, communication, and patient-centered outcomes
